Answers to some common questions about AQNEURSA

These answers are not intended to replace a discussion about AQNEURSA with a healthcare provider.

In the clinical trial, people with NPC who were given AQNEURSA were evaluated after 6 weeks, and again after 12 weeks, of treatment.
The most common side effects of AQNEURSA include abdominal pain (pain in the belly or stomach area), dysphagia (trouble swallowing), upper respiratory tract infections (infections of the nose, mouth, or throat), and vomiting. Speak with your healthcare provider if you or someone you care for experiences these side effects and if these side effects persist or worsen.
AQNEURSA is taken by mouth or via a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) 2 to 3  times per day. The drug should be taken exactly as prescribed. AQNEURSA can be taken with or without food.
If a dose of AQNEURSA is missed, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the scheduled time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time to make up for the missed dose.

“There were significant improvements in our daily life. Regular activities are possible more often.”
